Ah, I guess I am not as young as I used to be. All that jumping around doing karate finally caught up with me when I landed in a heap on the floor with some kind of tear at the back of my calf. Thankfully it is not a ruptured Achilles, or even a partial tear although it is painful and I still can't walk properly.
