Still waiting for the 3% to kick in

3 percent interest rate
3% base rate
Not sure if the mortgage companies are buying into the spirit of Xmas and the interest rate drop.

I immediately got a letter to say that my savings rates are getting cut but have only got the mortgage company to pass on the 0.5% cut from a few weeks back. Even then they are not reducing my payments but rather paying a bit more capital off.

Show me the money.....!
