After some kind of Sherry spending spree at Sainsbury this was one of the three different bottles I got that day.
Definitely chill it first. I had one whilst waiting for it to chill in the fridge and not really that pleasing to drink when warm.
Once chilled it was a different drink altogether. It is dry but being an Oloroso has a dark and sweet undertone. Very easy to drink. I didn't realise most of it had went before I looked into the bottle. At 19% it is pretty strong as well.
