Normally I have found the Banrock Station range to be average to good general glugging wine. Apart from their Shiraz sparkling wine it wasn't really a brand that I would choose if there were other options available.

I thought I would give this a try. Maybe "The Reserve" name did its marketing trick and lulled me in. It was quite good.
