I hadn't taken any notes but the restaurant very kindly replied to my email request and gave me the details of the tasting menu. It does change month to month.

The bread was extremely nice and took a lot of restraint to not eat it lavished with butter throughout the meal.

Had a fantastic afternoon of eating and chatting with a client, so much so that we overran on the bargain day return ticket we bought and so had to buy another ticket as wasn't expecting to stay so long.
