We had been to their Lymington restaurant several times in the past and thoroughly enjoyed each visit so we were very please that there was going to open a branch about Klute in Bournemouth.

The food is very much Japanese but also very eclectic as well. The rare seared beef is excellent as is the whole sushi range.

There are several sushi places now in Bournemouth which is great seeing I used to have to travel up to London to get my sushi fix.

If you want to take you friends and family out for a Japanese meal then this is the place to go. It has plenty of tables and a good atmosphere. You can catch glimpses of the bustling kitchen.

If you want ramen soup noodles, katsu curry, edamame and such like then Tokyo Sushi will be a better bet. There is a separate page for that restaurant.
