Luckily this is only 5 minutes walk from our flat. As its name suggests, it is actually on the beach.

During the day it is more of a cafe doing breakfasts, sandwiches, teas and coffees for people enjoying the beach. By night, although it isn't open every day of the year so please check beforehand, it turns to very good bistro level of food.

OK, so it still has the plasticky garden furniture from the day and you have to go outside and use the public beach toilets but the food is the things that should concern you. But you shouldn't have any concerns as it is excellent.

If you have had a bit of a session over the weekend, then a quick walk on the beach followed by a breakfast at this place will sort you out.
