The name is Czech for Two Cats.

I remember sitting on a table with another table of two French women nearby that were having a right ding-dong with the waitress. Really sniping and snarly it was. I think they were expecting steak of a better standard and in a French stylee.

I have seen some comments on the web about looking out for cover excessive charges at these kinds of places.
