I had a great bowl of mussels here. Even the small ones were plump and not dried up and hard like they usually are. I had the Thai sauce with mine.

I started off on the Chimay Rouge  7%, 33cl at £4.75 is a bit steep though.

The chips were a bit hard. I only like them if they have ben twice fried so they are crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. I still threw them into the sauce to soak it up anyway.

Great beers as well. I did slow down when it came to the 8.8% one, Verboden Vrucht, after the meal at £4.75.

They seemed to run out of the bottles of Chardonnays every easily. Maybe the weekenders left nothing for us on the Monday.
