Apart from a couple of pubs and a dodgy Wimpey or two when I was a teenager, I have never really had a burger that either was dry as dust or cremated beyond belief.

The Gourmet Burger Kitchen is a place that does many a burger with prime Angus beef mince. Cooked to medium it is very succulent and large. It comes in a large bun along with a thick slice of tomato and some green leaves. You have a wide choice of flavours.

£6-£8 for just a burger, no chips, is a bit extravagent but they are very nice.
