St John
Suckling Pig
St. John Restaurant

26 St. John Street, London EC1M 4AY.

Nose to tail eating here. As it was a large birthday party things were kept simple for us. A huge pile of langoustine to start, two suckling pigs and roasted turbot (or some kind of large flat fish) for the mains, and I forgot was dessert was. Ah, I think it was steamed treacle pudding.

I had a great time but that was probably more due to being a friend's 40th birthday and a mini-reunion of friends from 6th form school.

I remember it being very tasty!

Next time I fancy the roasted bone marrow.
