Although I bought a box of it as Tesco are doing their usual price
bonanza it doesn't really rise above the cheap glugable bracket. Then
again it isn't really 'cheap' anymore compare to passable £3-£4 bottles. I suppose back in the 80's it done its best work to bring Australian wine to the fore in the UK, but it is sadly lacking any originality or character nowadays. Their bubbly-version is much better though. |
