Four bottles into the mixed case and the two whites have not really matched the reds. I think this rates a 4 but when drunk with food.

This is from the Barossa valley and is made up of Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Reisling.

I found when it was drunk on its own, it was too citrusy and lively on the tongue. A touch of Frascati feel to it. The next day I tried it with some slightly spicy steamed spare ribs and it went well. It cut through the grease and the chilli, and the sharpness went a bit rounder.
