Having it just lightly chill brings out its characteristics to the full. It wasn't like a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc as in crispy dry gooseberry, this was a lot rounded and in a way had a touch of a dessert wine to it.

Don't eat pineapple with it! I had a few slices after dinner and then drank it. The acidic pineapple just spoilts your pallet and the wine didn't taste the same afterwards.

I was surprise by the wine and I liked it.
