This was very much a mixed experience when I went for lunch. When you go to the web site it talks of a business lunch at £7.95 but when you get there there is no sign of it.

I ordered a drink, a pint of Canada Dry at £3.50. I wanted a large bottle of water but at £4.50 I thought that was ridiculous. What I also found ridiculous was that the waiter came back with a whisky tumbler measure of Canada Dry. I said no I wanted a pint. He show me the menu at which I pointed at the pint option. He then said that was the half pint for £2 and that would be OK. Oh no, that would not be OK. Get me a pint, like I asked. I can't believe I had to spend time arguing the toss over this.

The next disappointment was a lesson in how to turn one skimpy chicken wing into three. The starter menu said Angel Wings, plural. No, this was one wing made into three. One minute piece was the top knuckle with a sliver of meat attached.

The saving grace for my meal that afternoon was the spicy beef noodles.

Seeing as my family have been in the restaurant trade from before I was born, at least have waiters that know the menu and can communicate. Can't be bothered to say any more.
