To give its full name this is Leitz Rudesheimer Rosengarten Kabinett Riesling.

Waitrose had a reduced sticker from £9.49 down to £5.99 so I thought I'd try a nearly £10 Riesling. On its own it is not the best of drinks. It is crying out for some Oriental food to go with it. Just as it says on the label. Medium sweet it taste so good in small quantities as an aperitif, just like it says on the label.

I should follow the label really.
