You would think that Bournemouth and Dorset has its fair share of 2 and 3 bedroom flats in the area, but judging by the number going up there must be some mass influx of people into the area or at least people looking to move out of rented accomodation and buying their own home.

The rumour is that the pub at the end of our street, the Southbourne Cliffs, will be turned into flats once the owner retires. Although it has had a noisy past at times, it was always handy for the odd tipple now and again.

The garage down by Tuckton bridge is always rumoured to be turned into umpteen flats and a Tesco Express type thing.

My question is, how much poo can the sewerage system take?
