Thomas Tripp
10 Wick Lane, Christchurch
The Thomas Tripp pub in Christchurch, opposite the Post Office, is a pretty traditional looking pub and for the most part it is. Smokey, wooden and with a largeish concrete beer garden.
I do like their tapas though. Nice to have a few beers in the afternoon and tucking into a few bowls of finger food. The portions are very reasonable.
We had squid rings with sweet chilli sauce, grilled halloumi cheese with aubergine, and a tomato with mozzarella salad for £9.50 coupled with two drinks the bill came in just over £14.
Some much better with the smoking ban.
