High street Italians blow mostly cold with me, but this one was off the high street and had some really nice food.

My pet hate is asking for a spaghetti carbonara and getting baby safe pasta swimming in white non-descript sauce. I understand it actually being born to first generation Hong Kong immigrants to the UK, trying to serve Chinese food but having to whack some semblance of gravy on everything.

I was very happy with the food here.

I had a note on my phone to record the fact that I had: tatare di manzo, tonnarelli, brocolli side dish.

The waitress was impressed with my ordering of brocolli with my main pasta.
