My search for another Thai restaurant in Bournemouth that rivals my favourite Thai's Smile continues on.
The Pad Thai here with prawns in this place was actually very, very nice. Unfortunately the rest was very mediorce. The green curry had slices of onion and green pepper in it which really puts me off but at least it had some of those large peas and eggplants. The beef and vegetables just looked sad. The stir fried crab in curry was unforgivable. It was made up of 'crabsticks', granted not the bland crabsticks from the supermarkets but reformed sticks of real crabmeat. After another look at the menu in fairness it does say 'crabmeat' as opposed to crab but at £8 I could not tell where the value was.
Angela had a Tom Yum Soup but I couldn't be bothered to try given what I was looking at.
Two bottles of Chang beer and one Lime and Soda, the bill came to £44.
