Chateau d'Yquem - So much is talked about this wine. So expensive as well. Luckily a friend paid when we had a fantastic meal at Nobu in New York.

It did come at the end of the evening after we had a strong cocktail each, polished off most of the white and red wines and absolutely stuff our faces, till I felt a bit queezy when having the lobster tails. Never would I have every thought I would say those words.

I know it would be heresy to even suggest that I simply prefer the Brown Brothers Orange Muscat and Flora but on that night after all that food, that was how I felt. I even spilt half a glass on my trousers!

Next time..... I will try and savour it!
