A record of the drinks I've bumped into along the way of life.

This black herby liquer is common on the east side of Europe. I first tried some in Rome when we went to Italy for a week and thought I would buy a bottle to bring back from Croatia.

This bottle by Biljni Liker (I assume they are the manufacturers) has the same medicinal taste qualities and is very much an acquired taste. It supposedly helps you digest your meal. Well that is my excuse for having a couple of glasses.

Best to keep it in the freezer.
