Chanoine Grand Cru, 1998 vintage (4.5)
Well worth getting more bottles if there are any left.
The strange thing is, I went to the Chanoine web site to have a nose around, trying to read up on "Grand Cru". It was not there. Grand Reserve, Premiere Cru yes, but no Grand Cru.
Sometimes I think these special lines are purely dreamt up for supermarket promotions. Not really complaining as at this price I wouldn't really care, but sometimes you feel as you have been "marketed" at, and they won.
