A friend of mine ordered this at a restaurant called Barn Under a Wandering Star in Newcastle. It had two things going wrong for it before the bottle was opened, USA and Resiling. I lie, I do like a bit of Reisling now and again, but the combination of the two was quite off-putting.

It was fine. Actually, it was nicer than the Viognier that I ordered beforehand. However, it was £33 compared to the £17 Viognier.

Bonny Doon is not a producer I was aware of before this.
