A record of the drinks I've bumped into along the way of life.

This cabernet sauvignon had been on the rack for a couple of years so when invited to a dinner somewhere I thought it was time to crack it open.

At 14.5% vol it was very high in strength but it didn't come across in the taste nor overpowered things. It had a soft and long finish with a tannins... and a very nice drink to boo.

I did miss the sense of mint but maybe I should have drank it earlier.
