This is another part of my friend's group of businesses. A quirky pub/restaurant following on the tradition of Mr Lynch.

Whilst up North during December we popped in for a quick lunch.Angela had the fish and chips whilst I had the burger.

The fish was not one piece but presetned as three large goujons. The reason I was told was so that it makes for a better combination of crispy light batter and perfectly cooked fish. It it was a single large piece, then the tendency is for the batter to be either overcooked or needing to be much thicker to encase the fish for the longer cooking period.

My burger was still very moist to the end, the onion rings had the same light and crispy batter as the fish, homemade ketchup, a the crispest of bacon strips garnished the top of the burger.

All this attention to detail just shows the quality as hand.
