It's funny how Internet communications such as via Twitter gets to you places and sort of shows how this kind of marketing works in its own little way. I had exchanged tweets with Lindsey about food and got to know that she was part of this Chinese restaurant in Bristol. So, when I was there on business it was an obvious choice to try out.

I had the beef brisket curry, the one with lots of unctuous fat and tender beef. For good measure I went to a plate of roast pork and roast duck as well.

Lindsey is no longer involved but I have been back several times when on business in the area.
