This place is very busy on the weekends for dim sum over the couple of times I have been. Parking can be scarce if you get there after noon. There is a Chinese supermarket underneath called Wai Yee Hong which is why the whole building is busy. I think the trick on the weekend is to park in the office worker bays around the back if outside the place is too busy.

Service is quick and snappy. Food is good too.
