We were really excited to hear that there was a new Vietnamese restaurant in Bournemouth. Something different but familiar with no frills.

I think it is still early days but I hope they do well as they are out in the middle of now where away from the general footfall of Charminster. Only real thing lacking is the use of the Vietnamese herbs to go with the soup noodles and stuff. I guess that is down to the difficulty in getting them down here is harder than in London and without enough trade, they would mostly go to waste.
