Haven't had Sasaprilla since I was a kid. I get bottles of this from Waitrose in Westbourne. A very grown up adult's soft drink. Not overly sweet so it is just right.
Whilst listening to Jonathon Ross's Radio 2 show on Saturday,
they talked about a project that installs roundabouts for children to
play on in Africa. The magic part of it is that it also acts as a pump

technology and human effort.
You can also donate, but there is no need to dig any extra into your
pocket as if you want a bottle of water, you can simply purchase the
ONE brand. All profits go to fund the project. Click for more
information on ONE Water.
Unfortunately it does work on my Mac OS X laptop as it is only for Windows at the moment, so I can still use it at home.
With Google Earth you get the capability to photgraphically navigate the earth and zoom right in. Although some places have higher resolutions than others, especially when you are trying to look at bombholes in Iraq!
I went back to Birmingham University as my good friend and
instructor, Ken Hassell, was holding a course with Frank Cope and John
Barnes. It was an excellent course, despite the freezing cold
conditions. In and outside of the dojo.
Nice to be back in the old place where I spent probably too

I even got the chance to teach on the Sunday morning session. Us Old Boys do have our uses after all.
